Title: Remote Job Year: 2026 Medium: Found object; Newspaper ad page, Oil Pastels, Markers, Acrylic on canvas. Dimension: 20 x 20 inches / 50 x 50 cm. Covid changed the office forever. What began as necessity became a movement; headphones on, laptop open, the world reduced to a screen and a deadline. Remote work is now everyone’s anthem. A vintage Nescafé ad anchors the canvas, in cities the world over, give yourself a lift. The remote worker has taken that literally, lifted out of Lagos traffic and into dollar earnings from a bedroom. But wherever you find a remote worker, Nescafé is never far behind. The mug is always raised. Always necessary. The office relocated. The coffee stayed.
